Find Me A Hot Lead provides a free-for-buyers matching service for businesses seeking hosting, server, or related infrastructure services.

A buyer submits a request describing the services it needs. We may match that request with vetted independent third-party service providers based on the providers' stated capabilities. Matched providers may then contact the buyer directly with quotes, questions, or related information.

Find Me A Hot Lead is an intermediary only. We are not a hosting provider, server provider, reseller, broker-dealer, agent, representative, or guarantor for any provider or buyer.

2. Free for Buyers

Buyers do not pay Find Me A Hot Lead to submit a request or be matched through the service.

You are responsible for any products, services, fees, taxes, or other costs you agree to with any third-party provider.

3. Independent Third-Party Providers

Matched service providers are independent third parties. They are not owned or controlled by Find Me A Hot Lead.

We are not a party to any agreement, quote, order, statement of work, invoice, service-level commitment, support arrangement, or other relationship between you and any provider.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to accept any quote, offer, contract, terms, privacy practices, security commitments, service levels, pricing, or other provider information.

4. No Guarantee of Quotes or Outcomes

We do not guarantee that:

You may withdraw consent or opt out by using the one-click link included in every email we send or by contacting support@findmeahotlead.com.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or service, you acknowledge that we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, service, content, design, text, graphics, logos, branding, software, and other materials made available by Find Me A Hot Lead are owned by or licensed to Find Me A Hot Lead and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide and to grant this licence.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, security, privacy practices, contracts, pricing, performance, or claims. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Find Me A Hot Lead's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the website, service, or these Terms will not exceed CAD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
